ORIENTAL FRUIT CAKE<br />

INGREDIENTS:<br />
2 eggs<br />
3 cups flour<br />
1 cups oil<br />
2 cups milk<br />
1 backing powder<br />
100 gr. chopped dry figs<br />
100 gr. chopped dry dates<br />
150 gr. chopped nuts<br />
4 tbsp. cacao powder<br />
1 tsp. vanilla extract<br />
Mix the eggs and sugar with electrical mixer;<br />
Add in the chopped figs, dates and nuts, and the cacao, flour, backing powder and vanilla.<br />
Bake in a round pan, at 200 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.<br />
When cooled flip the pan onto a round plate. Decorate the cold cake with melted white chocolate, colored with food coloring.<br />

Вака добиениот „ролат“ се сече на кришки од 1 см дебелина кои се редат на тава врз хартија за печење и се печат 40-тина минути на 200 степени Целзиусови. Треба да се остави поголемо растојание помеѓу кришките бидејќи истите ќе нараснар и може да се слепат.</div>

Тестото извадете го од замрзнувачот и оставете го на собна температура најмалку 1 час. Потоа на површина посолена со брашно расукајте го тестото до димензија поголема од тавчето за печење. Ставете го тавчето врз тестото и обележете круг со радиус 2 см поголем од радиусот на тавчето, и исечете го тестото. Потоа кружното тесто ставете го во тавчето и притиснете го од сите страни да ја добие неговата форма.</div>
